School Fundraiser

Plan a car wash at your school or a local car wash. Proceeds donated to have a car washed benefit Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent.

Sell paper Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent footballs during a sporting event. Individuals who purchase a paper football can add their name and hang it on the wall or fence, with the goal of completely covering the designated area.

Ask students to donate money to wear their favorite hat for the day. This could be a one-time event or continued throughout the school year. Pajamas or jeans could be an alternative to hats.

Host a special holiday party during or after school, such as a “costume party” near Halloween or an “ugly sweater party” near the end of the year. Charge an admission fee, with all proceeds benefiting Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent.

Line up judges for a dance competition, sing-off or talent show. Sell admission tickets to raise funds or have students contribute money to vote for their favorite performance.

Equip each classroom with a bucket for collecting coins and dollar bills. Each penny contributed to a classroom’s bucket serves as a positive point, and bonus points are given for silver coins or dollar bills. The classroom with the most positive points wins a special prize!

Arrange a special spirit day where students and staff form teams and participate in a variety of challenges and field day activities. Teams pay an entry fee to participate, and the winning team receives a special prize at the end of the day.

Host an all-night lock-in with an admission fee, where students can enjoy food, games, music and fun activities as they survive until the sun rises.

Organize a special tailgate party at a school athletic event with food and games for students and families. Charge an entry fee or collect donations at the door.

Host a special event that features music, choreographed dance routines, contests and activities with participating students soliciting donations from friends and family.
