Ascension St. Vincent Kids Classic Pro-AM - Presented by Financial Enhancement Group
The outing has raised just under $3 million to benefit the Peyton Manning Children’s - St. John’s Children's Clinic operations since the first outing in 1984 when Brooklyn Dodger and Anderson native, Carl Erskine and community leader Wilbur Roby co-chaired the first tournament. Over the years, Carl recruited many well-known individuals from the sporting world to participate, including Peyton Manning, Archie Manning, Bill Polian, Larry Bird, Bobby "Slick" Leonard and more.
Jim and Marilyn Ault, have volunteered as tournament co-chairpersons for 20 years and continue to serve to this day alongside Anderson native and former Golf Channel host Brian Hammons, who serves as tournament host.
PGA professionals will be competing for a total prize package worth $10,000. The top ten professionals will be awarded a portion of the purse. Amateur teams will be awarded prizes for first, second, and third place.

About Peyton Manning Children’s - St. John’s Children's Clinic
The Peyton Manning Children's - St. John's Children's Clinic at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson has been the answer for families who might otherwise be deciding between food on the table or immunizations for their children. Most know the Clinic provides routine physicals, medical care for minor illnesses and injuries, and vaccinations to prevent childhood diseases. When children have serious or chronic illness or injury, the Clinic also steps in, providing referrals to specialists who provide free care or assistance with financing.
The clinic celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2023 and in August 2021 celebrated the 30th anniversary of the groundbreaking of its permanent location. A rededication was held at the clinic after a $257,000 renovation of its patient exam rooms and nursing station was completed. Foundation donors and contributions from the Kids Classic provided the needed renovation funds. The Foundation continues to provide annual operational support to the Clinic, which sees 2200 children a year and performs 3,000-3,500 medical treatments.
