1. Submit Your Intention (Form Below): Completing this brief form alerts our team of your incoming DAF grant, helps us match it to you, and informs us of the ministry/fund you intend it to benefit.
2. Check Your Email: You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your intended gift details and our legal tax entity information to copy into your DAF sponsor’s portal or to share with your DAF administrator.
3. Authorize Your DAF Grant: Log in to your DAF sponsor portal (e.g., Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, CICF, etc.) or contact your DAF administrator and recommend a grant to Ascension St. Vincent Foundation using the information in the email. We will reach out to confirm as soon as the grant check is successfully received.
