Personalized bronze plaques are permanently secured on benches within the Surgery Pavilion garden area located outside the emergency and surgery departments.

Two plaque sizes are available:
8 inches (w) x 2 inches (h) bronze plaque with a donation of $1,500 - $2,499 (up to 3 personalized lines with 20 characters on each line, including spaces and punctuation)

10.5 inches (w) x 3 inches (h) bronze plaque with a donation of $2,500 or more (up to 4 personalized lines with 28 characters on each line, including spaces and punctuation)
