Each year, Morgan and Katie Lucas host the Lucas Oil Eric Medlen Memorial Golf Tournament to honor their late friend, Eric Medlen. Together with their community, they have raised over $1,880,000 for patients and families at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, which has helped to fund a pediatric MRI suite, the Ascension St. Vincent House, a teaching classroom in the hospital, and most recently, Dr. Jodi Smith’s pediatric neurology research.
